1. Overview
Prospek is operated by PT SAHABAT DALAM INOVASI, Bellezza BSA 1st Floor Unit 106, Jl. Letjen Soepeno, Permata Hijau, Kel. Grogol Utara, Kec. Kebayoran Lama, Kota Adm. Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12210. This page explains how a business customer or an end user can request deletion of data that Prospek holds, including data from any channel connected to Prospek (such as WhatsApp and Instagram). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. How to Request Deletion
Businesses using Prospek: email legal@prospek.app from the email address registered on your Prospek account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please state your organization name and whether you want to delete (a) data from one connected account only or (b) your whole Prospek account.
People who messaged a business that uses Prospek: email legal@prospek.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or social account you messaged from and, if known, the name of the business you contacted. We may ask you to verify that the number or account is yours. You may also ask the business directly, since it controls the conversations in its Prospek workspace.
Closing your account: to close your Prospek account, email legal@prospek.app from the email address registered on your account. There is no self-service account deletion in the product.

3. What We Delete
After a verified request, we delete the data Prospek holds from the connected channel (for example a WhatsApp or Instagram account), which covers:
Message content and media (text, images, documents, audio, video).
Phone numbers, profile or contact names, and social account identifiers of the people who messaged the business.
Labels, notes, reminders, and follow-ups attached to those contacts and conversations.
The stored connection to your WhatsApp Business Account or Instagram account, including the access tokens we hold.
If you request deletion of your whole account, we also delete your Prospek profile and workspace data. Workspace data is also deleted within 90 days after your subscription ends or your account is closed.
What we may keep: records we must retain to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes (for example billing records), and backup copies, which are overwritten within 7 days after deletion. Data held by Meta is governed by Meta's own policies; see the section below.
4. Timeline
We confirm receipt of your request and stop processing within 72 hours (3 days), and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying it. We confirm by email when it is done.
5. Delete a Channel or Disconnect Prospek
From Prospek: sign in at web.prospek.app, go to Settings → Inboxes and delete the channel. This stops its messages and permanently deletes its conversations; contacts stay (see below).
From Meta (WhatsApp Business): in Meta Business Suite or Meta Business Settings, open Integrations or Apps, find Prospek, and remove it from your business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account.
From Meta (Instagram and Facebook account settings): in Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions (or Apps and websites), and remove Prospek. In Facebook, go to Settings, then Business Integrations, and remove Prospek.
Deleting a channel in Prospek permanently deletes its conversations and messages; contacts remain until you delete them or your workspace is deleted. Disconnecting Prospek from your WhatsApp or Instagram account stops new messages but does not delete data already in Prospek. To delete everything, email legal@prospek.app.
6. Data Held by Meta
Meta processes messages on WhatsApp and Instagram under its own terms and privacy policies. Deleting data from Prospek does not delete it from Meta, or from the devices and accounts of the people you chatted with. To manage data held by Meta, use the tools in your WhatsApp or Instagram settings or contact Meta directly.
